Terms of service.

The marble objects are made by hand as unique pieces. This results in smaller dimensional and color deviations from the objects shown in the picture. The traces of the craft are visible and the surfaces are not polished to a bright finish. This gives the objects their uniqueness.

The objects are all kept raw, they are not protected from acids and discolouration. On request, we will be happy to seal the marble objects for you.

After your order you will receive a confirmation email with which the order is binding.

The prices are gross without shipping costs and packaging material.

Shipping costs in Europe

1 kg = 25.00 € for each additional kg 5.00 € additionally.

If the weight is more than 10 kg, two packages will be sent.

Packing material per package 20.00 €


The dispatch takes place after receipt of the payment (advance payment). The delivery time is about 2 weeks by post.

General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) for the KALODROMO online shop

1. Scope

KALODROMO operates an online shop on its website. The deliveries and services of this online shop are carried out exclusively under the conditions of these terms and conditions. KALODROMO reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. The version of these GTC valid at the time of the order is decisive, which cannot be changed unilaterally for this order. Conditions of the customer that conflict with or deviate from these General Terms and Conditions will not be recognised. With the order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

For all product orders with a minimum age requirement of 18 years, the customer confirms compliance with these legal provisions with the order.

2. Order and conclusion of contract

The order is binding for the customer.

The contract comes into effect when KALODROMO accepts the order, in which KALODROMO executes the order or confirms receipt of the order to the customer. The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute a promise that the product can actually be delivered. It only shows the customer that the order placed has arrived at the online shop and that a contract has thus been concluded under the condition subsequent of an impossibility of delivery or an incorrect price indication.

KALODROMO attaches great importance to providing up-to-date availability information in the online shop. However, it is possible that a product is no longer available at the time of ordering. All information on availability is therefore without guarantee and can change at any time.

If a (partial) delivery impossibility (condition subsequent) occurs after an order or the conclusion of a contract, the customer will be informed immediately by e-mail. If the customer has already paid, this amount will be refunded to him. If payment has not yet been made, the customer is released from the obligation to pay. Further claims due to delay in delivery or delivery failure are excluded.

KALODROMO can accept subsequent changes or cancellations of orders by the customer at its own discretion and charge a compensation fee as well as any loss in value of the canceled products since they were ordered.

3. Product and price

Images of products in the online shop are for illustration purposes and are non-binding. The information about products in the online shop is compiled as customer-friendly as possible, but is not binding.

The prices are net in euros. KALODROMO is exempt from VAT. The shipping costs are not included in the price and will be charged to the customer in addition to the price. KALODROMO reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price in the online shop at the time of the order is decisive.

4. Payment

in advance. As soon as the amount owed has been credited to KALODROMO's account, the ordered items will be shipped.

5. Shipping costs and packaging material

The shipping costs are calculated by KALODROMO based on the weight, size and delivery location of the order. In Europe usually up to 1kg 25.- Euro, for each additional kilo plus 5 Euro. Packing material 20 euros.

6. Delivery and delivery times

Delivery is via Die Post, usually within 7-14 working days after receipt of payment. KALODROMO endeavors to process the order within five working days without assuming any liability for this. Expected longer delivery times will be communicated to the customer with the order confirmation.

If KALODROMO is in default of delivery, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract from the 30th calendar day after the agreed, notified or calculated delivery date. In this case, Kalodromo will reimburse the customer for amounts already paid in advance. There are no further claims against KALODROMO.

KALODROMO's performance is a sending obligation and is fulfilled when the goods are handed over to the transport person. After dispatch, the risk of accidental deterioration and accidental loss of the products passes to the customer.

7.Retention of title KALODROMO remains the owner of the delivered products until the price and shipping costs have been paid in full. KALODROMO is entitled to make a corresponding entry in the retention of title register.

8. Refusal of acceptance

The costs of an unjustified refusal of acceptance of the delivered products will be charged to the customer. KALODROMO's right to fulfillment of the purchase contract remains unaffected.

9. Return, obligation to examine and give notice of defects, warranty, liability

KALODROMO grants the customer the right to return the delivered products within 5 working days (from the date of delivery or receipt confirmation) intact, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Sealed and shrink-wrapped products can only be returned if they are unopened.

The products are returned at the expense and risk of the customer.

The customer must check the delivered products immediately for correctness, completeness and delivery damage. If the delivered products have defects, the customer is required to inform KALODROMO in writing and with a detailed description of the defect immediately, but no later than 5 days after receipt of the products. In the event of defects in the delivered products, KALODROMO's guarantee consists in the fact that, after the customer has sent back the defective products and at its own discretion, it will either remedy the defect (repair) or deliver defect-free goods (replacement delivery). If the supplementary performance fails, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract. This does not apply in the case of insignificant defects. A right of the customer to reduction is excluded. This exclusion of liability also extends to all claims that compete with the warranty rights, be they from contract (Art. 97 ff. OR), tort (Art. 41 ff. OR), rescission of the contract due to error (Art. 23 ff. OR.) etc. . The cost of returning the defective products will be borne by the customer.

Liability is based on the applicable legal provisions. However, KALODROMO is under no circumstances liable for slight negligence, indirect and consequential damages and lost profits, unrealized savings, as well as damages from delay in delivery, as well as any actions and omissions of KALODROMO's auxiliary persons, whether contractual or non-contractual.

Apart from that, KALODROMO is not liable for damage that can be traced back to one of the following causes: Improper, non-contractual or illegal storage, adjustment or use of the products; force majeure, in particular natural hazards, moisture, fall and impact damage, etc., for which KALODRMO is not responsible, and official orders.

The customer does not receive any guarantees in the legal sense from KALODROMO. Any manufacturer guarantees remain unaffected.

11. Applicable law, place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the conflict of law norms of the Vienna Sales Convention. The place of jurisdiction for complaints from consumers is Lucerne or their place of residence. In all other cases, Lucerne is the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
